Dear Leah, Bill and Family,
I was saddened to hear of Shirlie’s passing. While I did not know her, I know how wonderful YOU are and how important she was to you. To have such a beloved mother/mother-in-law/grandmother is a special thing. Her life in our world was of great value; she will be greeted with open arms in the next.

I met Shirlie in my Yiddish class at the North Shore Senior Center. She was a lovely woman who always displayed kindness and dignity. I’m so sorry for your family’s loss of this beautiful woman.

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of our beloved Aunt Shirlie. We all can take comfort in knowing that she lived a long and happy life. She lived long enough to see not only her beautiful grandchildren but her many great-grandchildren as well.
I will always remember the times we came together with sumptuous meals. When Uncle Bob died, the funeral home website told us not to expect food. My boys insisted on stopping for lunch. I told them that this was OUR family! Of course, they had much more to eat when they arrived at the Kalnitz home!
Love to you all. I wish I could be with you.
